Create a mesh banner without PVC! Polyester fabric is an excellent synthetic material when it comes to sustainability and environmental protection. During production, surplus material from polyester production is used, as well as materials that have already gone through the recycling process. The material is first turned into granulate and then into yarn, which ultimately forms the basis for our plastic fabric. The process can be repeated indefinitely without loss of quality, making polyester fabric a fully recyclable material. The complete avoidance of new fossil raw materials from petroleum is a commendable step in the sustainable and conscious use of our resources.

The fabric made of 100% polyester has a significantly lower mass than its PVC counterpart and offers many of the preferred properties. It is UV and weather-resistant, making it suitable for outdoor use. Even with prolonged storage, it does not wrinkle, and dirt can be easily wiped off the robust surface. A special feature of the polyester fabric banner - the banner without PVC - is the absence of electrostatic charging. This ensures that dust settles much more slowly on the surface when used indoors.

Our Green Print products meet the Öko-Tex® Standard 100, a globally uniform and independent certification that has tested polyester fabrics against over 100 harmful substance criteria and declared them safe for health. Furthermore, this plastic fabric is B1 fire protection certified according to DIN 4102. This is essential for its usability at trade fairs or in retail stores.

DIN 4102 is the fire behavior test applicable in Germany and is fundamentally aligned with the European harmonized standards EN 13501ff. and EN 1363ff. The building material class B1 classifies the material as 'hardly flammable' or 'self-extinguishing' and is required for use in enclosed spaces.

The one-sided high-quality digital printing takes place in the CMYK range. Rich, vibrant colors are perfectly reproduced from the white surface of the material, and graphics in high-resolution photo quality come to life brilliantly. The printing process is environmentally neutral, and the inks used contain no harmful substances, ensuring that the ecological concept of our Green Print products is fully maintained.
