Vehicle stickers

The vehicle adhesive film is a high-quality polymer PVC film with an adhesive coating for application to the vehicle's body. Due to the temperature resistance and flexibility of the material, the vehicle wrap withstands environmental influences such as cold, heat, and rain, and can be easily washed off with a sponge when dirty. Thanks to its long durability of up to seven years, the vehicle wrap printed with logos or company information is particularly suitable for permanent applications. The vehicle wrap can be applied to all smooth and slightly curved surfaces.

Cast film

As the name suggests, the base material (polymer PVC) for the production of the vehicle wrap is cast into shape rather than rolled like conventional films. Since the film has no memory, meaning it does not know stiffness or smooth form, it is particularly suitable for complex applications on uneven, curved surfaces and in seams and rivets. Due to its properties, this vehicle wrap is also very durable and can be stretched significantly. The cast film already includes a lamination that makes it more UV-resistant and thus protects the colors from fading. Dirt can be easily washed off. Additionally, the film and print are protected from scratches, stone chips, and abrasion by the laminate protective layer. The vehicle wrap can be individually printed and applied over large areas. Perforated film OWV

The perforated film is equipped with small, 1.5mm wide holes, through which sunlight can still shine. Therefore, the proportion of printable area to the total area is only 50%. The back of the one-way vision film is black, allowing visibility through the advertising medium. Thus, the vehicle wrap can be applied printed on all smooth, transparent surfaces (e.g., display windows, vehicle windows) without significantly impairing light entry. The film is usually applied to buses, trams, and cars, as it offers the advantage of being able to look out without obstruction. However, passersby cannot see inside the vehicle anymore, as the print distracts the eye.

Film lettering

Film lettering is also perfect for applying to your vehicle. The vehicle lettering is UV and weather-resistant and also washable. The delivery includes the vehicle lettering with one-sided 4-color printing (CYMK).

Finishing

The vehicle sticker and film lettering can be protected with a glossy lamination. The transparent laminate protects the printed vehicle wrap and the print from UV rays, thus preventing color fading. Additionally, the vehicle wrap becomes more resistant to abrasion, scratches, and stone chips.
The vehicle sticker and the perforated film can also be provided with a contour cut. Circles, triangles, and more complex contours such as ornaments and letters are possible. The contour-cut vehicle wrap can then be provided with transfer paper. The transfer paper helps in applying cut-out lettering and elements. The transfer film is placed on the printed vehicle wrap and has a stronger adhesion than the backing paper. Thus, the motif is completely and without slipping removed from the backing paper, and all cut-out elements or letters remain correctly aligned.

Printing in the best quality

For printing the graphics, the eco-solvent printing process is used. In the high-resolution 1440 DPI digital printing process, no harmful emissions are produced, making this process particularly environmentally friendly. Thanks to the eco-solvent ink, which does not produce harmful chemical compounds during printing, the colors begin to off-gas just a few days after unpacking, and the film becomes almost odorless. In the case of laminated films, the print is already almost odor-neutral from day one, thanks to the protective layer.

To consider when purchasing, processing, and removing

Please always ensure that your view is not obstructed when applying to vehicle windows and that you can still oversee traffic. Also, please check in advance whether you can use a vehicle wrap in road traffic and where you are allowed to apply it.
A dust-free and cleaned surface must be ensured when processing films! In case of excessive dirt, the functionality of the vehicle lettering and vehicle wrapping cannot be guaranteed.
If you want to remove the printed vehicle wrap again, a warm outside temperature is recommended, as the film adhesive reacts to the ambient temperature. We would like to point out that we do not assume any liability for damage to the paint caused by the printed vehicle wrap. Additionally, a hot air blower helps to warm the film. This makes the vehicle wrap a bit pliable and allows for easier complete removal. As an alternative to the vehicle wrap, magnetic film can also be applied to the vehicle's body. This can be easily removed and replaced, as it does not stick to the paint due to magnetism.
